BACK END OPERATIONS - NON VOICE ONLY
Your role will involve:
- Motivates and coaches to achieve and maintain KPI targets and reach their full potential through continuous monitoring, assessment and feedback while maintaining complete documentation of discussion and actions.
- Proactively raises issues which may adversely impact the team's performance with the Support Manager
- Consistently and effectively reports on teams- challenges & successes by looking at and reporting trends and suggesting appropriate actions to support findings and goals (KPIs)
- Ensure disciplinary discussions and actions for front-line employees occur in transparent, accurate and timely manner
- Finds creative solutions to effectively address queries and concerns
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, leads and facilitates change and models professionalism in all contacts
- Adheres to, supports and administers the company policies and procedures as defined
- Participates in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the specified domain and to support other domains
- Maintains personnel records and other documentation as identified and requested
- Communication is executed efficiently and effectively at appropriate standards
- Supports and assists with hiring and training as requested
- Performs additional duties as required
Salary Range: 4 - 12 LPA
