Tier 1 MBA must
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the region
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, networking and prospecting to generate leads
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and lead the contract process with potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive innovation and market competitiveness
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the company
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and products
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
