Job Title - Sales Manager
Location - Bangalore
Experience : min 2 years in b2b Software - even 6 months commercial role and 1+ years customer success manager role is good.
The candidate must should have dealt with 50+ Bengaluru based customers
Strong communication and customer handling is a must
Technical solution aspect is preferred. Will prefer if someone has grown from customer success or presales to sales and brings existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maximizing sales from existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Conduct client meetings, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Execution:
Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Amoga's value proposition.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the team on market insights to enhance our competitive positioning.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize customer satisfaction.
Contribute valuable insights from the field to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
