ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers (organizations). Meet targets on a monthly basis.

- Work on the sales pipeline in close connect with leadership and marketing team. It's imperative to understand products well and work closely with the marketing team to target the right clients and businesses.

- Gather a deep understanding of working with insurance players, brokers and corporate agents.

- Reach out to customer leads and relevant stakeholders in the company through various channels and efforts including cold email campaign and cold calling exercise.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes well within schedule.

- Monthly reporting of metrics of performance to the client.

- Keeping continuous track of sales pipeline and revenue.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

- Articulate, focused, and has an attitude of "always be closing".

- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

- Open to working in a fast paced environment.
