Job Description :

- Develop and maintain a tracker for the priority categories and brands and corresponding suppliers.

- Initiate discussion, liaise and close sourcing deals with Key Suppliers across categories.

- Engage with Brand Owners on commercial discussions / negotiating the best possible margins for Infimenu

- Opportunity to build a category team for regional and national expansion.
