- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue.
- Identify and target new B2B clients across the agritech, restaurant, hospitality, hotels, and related industries and conduct F2F meetings when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, operators, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients that effectively communicate Farmtheory's value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and course-correct as necessary.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the business grows
