SolarFix -: provides solar solutions for homes and industry.

SolarFiX Variants are:-

SolarfiX photovoltaic (PV) systems

SolarfiX water heating systems

SolarfiX air heating systems

SolarfiX Concentrated solar power (CSP) systems

SolarfiX lighting systems

Job Description:

- ElectrikBee seeks two dynamic and results-driven BDM and BDE to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of customers, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end journey of order conversion.

- This role requires strong sales acumen and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities

- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to order conversion

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

- Proven track record in B2B EPC solar-related sales, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- bTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred

- Who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
