- Hiring Sales Manager for one of our client, it is one of India's premier waste management solutions companies with more than 14 years of operational and business experience in the waste sector.

- In 2013, it set up the first of its kind, large-scale municipal solid waste treatment and processing plant in Solapur, Maharashtra.

- Since its inauguration, the Solapur MSW plant has been operational and is capable of processing up to 400 tons per day (TPD) of waste, wherein the msw is segregated into inorganic and organic fraction.

- The organic fraction is then converted into biogas and high-quality fertilizers.

- The biogas produced can be used as a source to generate electricity or simply as a form of fuel.

- The non-organic waste such as plastic, metal, etc, can be segregated and used for other purposes such as recycling , co-processing.

Reporting Plant Manager and CEO.

Key Responsibilities.

Sales Strategy & Execution:.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products developed by inhouse R&D team.

- Identify and engage with potential customers / Farmers, including industries, municipalities, and agricultural sectors.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of Compost.

- Provide regular feedback to clients and address any product-related concerns.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:.

- Manage the end-to-end product licensing process to ensure full compliance with industry standards and legal -requirements with agriculture, fertilizer department.

- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for product sampling, testing, and obtaining necessary certifications and approvals.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations affecting CBG and Compost sales and production.
