Inside Sales Manager
- Graduation Minimum 1 to 2 years in any sales (Strong prior experience in B2B sales is a must)
- The candidate will be responsible for aggressively calling up sales prospects from a huge list of pre-qualified inbound leads that come in every day
- The candidate will need to know the product in-and-out, gain a very deep understanding of the business, their customers' business as well as the competitors' businesses! Basically the entire landscape.
- The candidate should like talking to people. There is no hard selling in this job
- The candidate's role is to come across as smart and friendly to merchants so that they can trust you to help them achieve their business goals.
- Consultative selling.
- Good communication skills, should be able to speak English and Hindi confidently
- There will be weekly targets along with weekly incentives
- Candidate should be techno-savvy and should be able to figure out your way around technology themselves
