B2B Industrial Sales Manager - Chemical/Industrial
- Maintaining and increasing sales
- Develop, maintain and grow industrial sales within the territory by selling the value to the customer & applying co's best-in-class solutions to meet their needs and goals.
- Drive measurable growth in industrial sales revenue, improved profitability and increased customer loyalty.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the territory.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Dealing with major customer accounts
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Qualification And Experience:
1. B.E & MBA and you will come with an experience of total 5+ years experience and last 2 years in Sales & must have worked with companies which sell Industrial/ Chemical Products or equivalent combination of education and experience in Similar Products
2. Candidates must also have demonstrated experience developing customer-centric sales strategies and plans, implementing tactical activities of a plan, and meeting sales plan objectives.
3. Successful candidates will have the proven ability to use market knowledge to identify opportunities, and successfully connect with and demonstrate potential value to prospects;
4. Be skilled at using customer usage knowledge to develop solutions that add business value and help customers achieve their goals
5. Have demonstrated expertise in accurately qualifying opportunities, negotiation, successfully closing the sale and managing the sales process; are accomplished at identifying and resolving potential issues when moving opportunities through the sales pipeline
6. Have a customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships
7. Have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work successfully in a networked organization
8. Be a skilled communicator with the ability to effectively network with and influence a wide range of audiences
9. Have excellent computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
