Manager - B2B Digital Marketing - Manufacturing

We are hiring for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients who is entering the world of Ecommerce & Online Marketplace by providing the entire value chain of Aluminium through their online marketplace and Ecommerce presence across all countries. 

The Marketing Manager is a key role in this journey.

- As a Marketing Manager, you should have intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and execute strategies for the businesss success.

- You will need to bring new customers on site and prominent knowledge on demand generation. You should have basic understanding of P&L. Hands on experience in digital marketing is a must.

- Overall, The Marketing manager role includes building the brand from scratch, ensuring and executing all demand generation activities, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate should be able to add value as an Individual contributor and should be a self-starter

- You will be responsible for developing strategies and execution to boost and drive qualified traffic to the platform

- The candidate has to build his/her Marketing team with creative and digital marketing professionals

- Familiarity with the latest trends and methodologies in creative design, production and digital marketing

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget

- Most Importantly: The Candidate should be able to think creatively and innovatively.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 5+ years of Work Experience, MBA (preferred)

- Hands on experience in digital marketing is a must

- Experience in a start-up environment would be helpful

- Prior experience in B2B industry would be a big plus

- Experience of team building and team managing is a Must
