Sales Manager (B2B) / Corporate Sales - GPS/ Telecom Solutions
Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
- The primary responsibility will be to prospect, meet and acquire customers in the Auto OEM's, BPO, transportation and logistics industry for Co's Vehicle Tracking solutions product and meet revenue goals.
- Identify and generate customer leads in the AUTO OEM's, BPO, transportation and logistics industry and sell Co's Vehicle tracking solutions for their business
- Meet and Demonstrate Co's solutions to prospective customers, understand customer requirements and propose right solutions to them
- Maintain regular correspondence with key decision makers in different transport and logistics companies to keep them aware of Co's services
- Continually identify new opportunities in the Auto OEM's, BPO, transportation and logistics industry to expand Co's customer base.
- Close new business and build a territory by qualifying opportunities and securing
demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers of the prospective company/client.
- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs and close the sale
- Achieve all individual sales targets set by the company
- Attend sales meetings, seminars or exhibitions activities in India to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
- Keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms
Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. Graduate/ MBA with 5-8 years of direct sales experience in Automotive / BPO/ Telecom/ IT Hardware industry, preferably in GPS.
2. A proven sales record and experience selling to the corporate market will be an added value.
3. Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of different organizations.
4. Experience with bulk sales, contract sales or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas
5. Ability to converse in a knowledgeable manner on various industry topics and Internet technologies in order to sell opportunities to prospective customers
6. Ability to close sales with the most appropriate sales process
7. Smart personality with Excellent communication skills and should be aggressive in nature.
8. Must have the skills to develop relationships quickly, with prospect/customers at all levels
9. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven ever-changing fast growing start-up environment
10. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office
