About the job :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager for a full-time on-site position based in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets while developing effective strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership :

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Provide guidance and support for professional development.

Sales Strategy Development :

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

Client Relationship Management :

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Performance Reporting :

- Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with senior management to optimize strategies based on performance metrics.

Communication and Negotiation:

- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 plus years of experience in Sales and business development

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Manager in a similar B2B sales.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

- Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
