Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

- Prospect and qualify leads to identify high-potential opportunities.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of HireBloc Ventures' solutions.

- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account management.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Train and mentor junior sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.

- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Experience in providing training and mentorship to others is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
