- Candidates should have experience in Field Sales with proven skill sets.
- Handling a team of sales coordinator/ sales representative, if needed.
- Ensuring Primary Target mainly B2B achieved on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Preparing Annual Business Plan for team & organization.
- Key account Management for the allotted territories.
- Sales MIS and Marketing campaign goal setting and reporting on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
- Sales budgeting, periodic forecasting and providing medium term sales outlook to senior management as & when required.
- Troubleshooting complaints reported by customers and providing critical inputs and feedback on a real-time basis.
- Build and maintain an efficient and proactive market intelligence system/network to provide the company a definite competitive edge.
- Identify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), Strategic Planning, continuously increase market intelligence, negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance.
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Acquiring and developing new clients in given Territory and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Managing customer centric operation and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for recurring business by ensuring smooth functioning of operations which includes from purchase to the delivery of the products. (Hand in hand responsibility with operations team).
- Self-motivated, result oriented, decision making ability, process, and technology driven approach, team management.
