Manager/AVP/VP - Treasury Resources - BFS

Job Description :

1. Managing day-to- day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization.

2. Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management covering domestic debt market as well as ECB bond market.

3. Maintaining relationship and developing new relationships with Banks, FIs and fund arrangers.

4. Preparation of the Finance Budget.

5. Manage, monitor and optimize overall finance, transaction charges and interest cost for all banking facilities including long-term debt and working capital.

6. Ensuring availability of working capital facilities and long-term debt at competitive rates at required time schedules.

7. Ensure availability of funds for day-to-day operations and ensuring payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the company.

8. Work towards enhancing credit rating of the instruments issued by the company. Timely ratings of all instruments including annual / periodic surveillance and compliances.

9. Monitor the overall debt of the Company, ensure effective cost of debt and ensuring timely servicing of debt.

10. Overseeing preparation of daily and periodic cash flows. Reduction of float. Supervision of the company's cash management system effectively and efficiently.

11. Managing short-term surplus and investments of the company in compliance to policy and SOP. Exploring opportunities of maximizing returns with measured KPI.

12. Accounting and monitoring of treasury transactions as per applicable standards timely and accurately.

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience of raising debt funds through issuance of ECB Bonds and domestic debt market

- Excellent knowledge of debt capital market

- MBA from Tier 1 b-school or a Chartered Accountant

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High professional integrity
