Education: MBA (Premier Institute) - HR
Key Responsibilities :
Will lead the policy introduction and revision within the organization
- Design and launch various initiatives defining the organizational values and culture
- Draft the annual HR plan and HR budget for presenting the same to Management
- Create and implement Rewards and Recognition policy, Performance Management framework and various initiatives for the talent management
- Define the career growth and individual development plan for High Potential employees
- Benchmark the existing practices in the organization and introduce new ones
- Will be responsible for taking policy decision in case of a conflict in consensus with management
- Will ensure high engagement levels by driving changes across the organization
- Encourage employee development by designing a robust learning and development policy for the organization
- Design and execute various dashboards for effectively managing the HR activities across geographies
- Will be responsible for defining the organization structure along with management and updating it from time to time
Key skills
- Knowledge of HR practices in retail, payments, financial services, telecom and/or any other consumer facing businesses
- Experience in developing, implementing and administering the various policies
- Specialized knowledge and leadership potential in Learning and Development
- Should be well versed in using ms excel, power point, word, project and vision
- Should have an active interest in keeping an eye on industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations.
- Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must
- Should be self starter, result oriented & a strong bias for action is mandatory
