Only women Candidates ( Financial reporting / FP&A / Analytics ) Manager to VP Level
Financial Planning & Analysis :
- Month End financial analysis and books closing monitoring including Accruals and adjustment entries
- Actively supporting Monthly / Quarterly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting process for one of the Technology Cost groups
- Handling ad-hoc financial / Head Count queries by Onshore Business Leads / Finance Director & Managers
- Day to day interaction with Business leads to support their Financial and other operational requirements
- Monthly PnL Analysis and reporting Trends / explaining variances
- Establish/ Develop/ Improve strategic relationship with onshore partners & local teams to ensure a seamless operating model in line with the onshore strategy
Financial Reporting :
- Handle a team that is responsible for preparing financial statements as per Guideline / IFRS requirements.
- Understand the IFRS standards relevant for financial instruments purpose of preparing the financial statements.
- Perform detailed analytical review of the IFRS pack prepared by the team.
- Perform data integrity checks between general ledger and various transaction processing systems and escalate issues.
- Understand and prepare/review the disclosure requirements as per IFRS and also as per FINREP.
- Liaise with onshore stakeholders to discuss the review points, issues, IFRS amendments or group instructions etc for the purpose of submission of financial statements.
Analytics :
- It requires specific portfolio analysis, sales analytics, cost analytics, capital analytics & impact assessment to upcoming regulatory & industry wise changes.
- This role would require the candidate to have strong product knowledge across Fixed income & commodities market product.
- Experience surrounding product control, business finance, valuation control and market risk management would be preferable.
- The role requires incumbent to display technical proficiency and strong functional expertise to create end to end analytical review to adapt to ad-hoc requirements. It requires strong communication, influential skill & experience to deal with senior business stakeholders will be preferred.
