Manager/AVP - Treasury - BFSI

- Design, develop and dynamically manage corporate treasury function of the company and its overseas subsidiaries considering short term and long - term funding needs of the company. In due cause, the treasury may function as a separate profit center.

- Develop and manage treasury strategy considering credit risk, liquidity and yield.

- Manage front end and back end operations related to the treasury activities.

- Ensure full compliance and applicable law.

- Ensuring timely reporting to the management.

- Support the CFO in managing foreign exchange exposures, insurable risks and structured financing transactions.

Looking for a :

1. C.A. or MBA(Finance) from a reputed institute.

2. Min 7 yrs of exp in managing corporate treasury function of which atleast 3 yrs should be number-1 or number2 in the function.

3. Good understanding of treasury products and market dynamics.
