Role Description:
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Senior:
- Sign off relevant daily verifications and process validations
- Receive and review new account opening/maintenance documents to be set up in the systems
- Participate in periodical audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks
- Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures to deliver project
- Act as point of reference or expertise for colleagues
- Identify and monitor Training and Personal Development needs
- Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area
- Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls
- Participate to testing when requested
- Ensure accurate financial reporting is provided to Management Company and other within the agreed deadline.

DEALING
Role Description:
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage Transfer Agency Dealing Desk of average 10 staff including team leaders.
- Teams tasks include Dealing and Special Funds handling via various electronic links (Fax, Swift, FTP, NSCC, Clearstream, Euroclear etc)., FXes handling, NAV injection, estimated and final cashflow reporting and communication, Contract Note & payment instruction generation and monitoring, internal and external dealing reporting
- Coordinate the development, maintenance and control processes, procedures, checklists and checkpoints for the team.
- Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area. Ensure strict adherence to relevant procedures.
- Identify and plan the team’s Training and Personal Development needs, develop staff. Conduct staff appraisals and performance plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all Dealing and Special Funds
- Ensure Legal and Funds requirements are met, for assisting with project management activities and for developing new Transfer Agency policies and procedures.
- Sign off relevant daily verifications and process validations.
- Participate in audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks
- Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls.
- Act as a mentor to staff on team – delegate work as appropriate, support their training and development, monitor their performance and provide feedback to management.
- Lead the hiring process for new hires and monitoring ongoing hiring and staff development needs
- Liaise with EFS branch offices in Hamburg and Dublin as well as with EFS Luxembourg local departments
