Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mapping of competitor banks through various channels such as LinkedIn, investor reports and commentaries, newsletters from Search Firms and industry bodies etc.
- Understand current recruitment processes and sub-processes in depth and prepare project plans for improvements on various initiatives for each area.
- Help evaluate and build various talent acquisition interfaces such as social media, career site so as to disseminate meaningful information about the Bank to potential talent (especially passive job seekers).
- Evaluate various cost effective and easy-to-deploy solutions to help build interventions related to Talent Acquisition such as Automated Hiring Assessment for certain roles.
- Based on business requirements, design and roll out programs such as Campus Hiring/Connect, HTD etc. so as to build a sustainable pipeline of talent for the bank at Executive & Supervisory level roles.
- Develop programs and structures for recruitment partner evaluation to calibrate performance and extend any "preferred" status to select partners basis performance parameters.
- Engage with recruitment partners through continuous Partner Connect programs and communication.
- Assist the CoE Head on various projects, reports, policies based on requirements.
- Take on complete ownership for all Talent Acquisition related Tech Initiatives for the Bank.
- Track hiring costs, channel optimization and build relevant programs (for example, Internal Job Watch, Employee Referral Schemes etc.)
