Location: Bangalore
- Works very closely with the business stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring plan by levels and managing delivery for Volume and Niche Skill set hiring.
- Utilizes optimum mix of channels (internal & external) to ensure timely closures in a cost effective manner.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Create active pipeline for positions by placing job advertisement, using newsgroups and job sites, social sites, social networking.
- Develop Talent pipelines for critical positions. Closing out offers for selected candidates, preparing offer letters and getting the candidates on-board within the stipulated timelines.
- Design selection mechanisms and related tool kits to ensure rigorous and consistent hiring in the organization.
Preferable in ITes/ Investment Banking/ Banking Captive divisions.
Education: Any Post Graduate with minimum 5-9 years in Recruitment.
