Manager/AVP - Quality - F&A Process

Manager / AVP Quality (F&A Process only) for an MNC BPO in Bangalore.

1. Align & integrate customer priorities with projects/initiatives under quality strategy and ground situations. Drive Lean Six sigma culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of methodologies.

2. Identify process improvement opportunities, project execution and handling change management, along with production teams.

3. Lead & Facilitate process improvement six sigma BB projects to achieve continuous improvement

4. Facilitate GBs, BBs training and completion of six sigma projects.

5. Provide direction and guidance to tactical and strategic process improvements

6. Establish and implement the basic Quality frame work and continuous improvement framework for the business vertical (Tree/Trace/ELS) based on Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Process Re-engineering

7. Manage line of business engagement and communication for six sigma in F&A processes.

8. Facilitate consistency in approach and deployment of programs & methodologies across businesses

9. Work towards baselining making global benchmark for F&A processing.

Education / Experience :

- Graduate / post graduate having 6 - 15 years of experience depending for a Manager / AVP role.

- Black Belt / MBB trained / Certified and current or previous worked in F&A process driving Blackbelt project .

- Should have driven 2- 5 BB projects and experience in driving Quality (BB project) in F&A process is mandatory.

- Should have relevant experience as lead in Quality & Program Management.
