- Green Belt for Manager & Black certified for AVP is mandatory.

- Candidates should have done Quality projects in F& A domain (mandatory)

- Excellent communication skills.

- No Voice or BPO Quality. only Finance & accounts quality.

- Team player.

For AVP - Should have handled team of Quality Analysts / Quality Managers.
