Responsibilities:
- Senior Operations professional with experience across hiring, team management, metrics tracking, defining workable processes, building and managing SOPs across functions
- Build & supervise operations teams to streamline customer acquisition, transactions, settlements and reconciliations processes
- Leading the operations teams in terms of training, systems etc for smooth functioning of the operations processes
- Supervising the customer support teams in terms of training, handling objections etc
- Improve processes to reduce TAT
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols
- Overseeing compliance with regulations
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong drive. Passionately curious. High integrity. First-principles thinker.
- Operations Experience, preferably in Brokerages, Wealth Management, Asset Management, WealthTech, FinTech firms
- Understanding of Capital Markets - Indian financial markets, different investment products, regulations and compliance
