Essentials :
- 8 years plus experience within learning and development.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Stakeholder management on L&D projects
- Ability to take on a project and see it through from planning to execution
- Willingness to travel 8 to 10 days a month across India
- Self- starter disposition
- Good skills in developing soft skills learning content/modules and excellent in delivery
- Experienced, well-organized professional with the ability to prioritize issues and work effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (including senior level)
- Driven to produce results and continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong team player
- Should be result oriented with good project management skills
Job role :
- Delivery of training programs at a middle and senior leadership level (proficient in classroom and platform delivery) .
- Develop learning modules and leadership development programs with internal resources and external agencies support.
- Manage learning and development initiatives from start to completion.
- Implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with business goals
- Assessment of learning needs and devising a training plan, as required.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.
- Conduct training need analysis at the organizational and individual level to identify the gaps between the current and the desired performance
- To be the custodian of some learning and development programs / initiatives (functional and behavioral) across business units and corporate
Academic Qualifications :
- Currently operating in a Manager role in learning & development
Experience : At least 8 -10 years of training experience
