Manager/AVP - Investor Relations - BFSI

Our client is Indias first privately owned angel network based out of Mumbai. Founded by a team of three originally from IIT Bombay in 2014, it helps to improve early stage investment outcomes.

- The team accomplishes this by providing professional assistance to investor-members in company evaluation and the portfolio companies in their operations.

- The network has made more than 50 investments in the recent past including successful startups like ShopKirana, SuprDaily, OckyPocky and SmartCoin, among others.

- This platform has grown rapidly and currently has 200+ investors in India, Middle East, North America and Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As a Manager AVP Investor Relations, you will be responsible for end to end onboarding of investors, investor servicing and investor support.

What you will do :

- Responsible for end-to-end onboarding of new investors, strategizing & optimizing the onboarding process

- Acting as a liaison between the investors and the internal teams to complete the smooth on boarding

- Setting up investors' training sessions and improving onboarding process

- Supporting day-to-day investors' needs, proactively interacting with investors to ensure high investor satisfaction

- Being responsible for renewal and retention of inactive investors, up-selling, cross Selling and expansion

- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve investors' queries and improving overall investor experience and timely delivery of the solutions

- Developing and maintaining close relationship with top level executives, business sponsors and key users from investor side

- Reporting to the management on various CRM reports on monthly/ quarterly basis

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- MBA is a must

- Experience in handling HNI investors in wealth management roles at financial institutions

- Relevant work experience of investor servicing and investor onboarding

- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

- Highly organized and ability to multi-task

- Self-driven and proactive nature
