Job Description
- Leads compliance-related projects. Identifies, manages and builds internal/external resources, agency relationships and business partners.
- Have hands on experience in delivering compliance framework projects for both domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Custodian for all the deliveries that are shipped off to the client
- Develops solutions to a variety of compliance problems of significant scope and complexity.
- Project Planning: Identifies accountabilities for local /regional compliance program and consulting staff. Develops Compliance work and Audit plans.
- Takes complex ideas and input to develop/create project plans strategies in support of established approach, goals, and time frames.
- Profit and loss accountability for the compliance practice within the organization.
- Manages the pursuit list for the practice along with the social media presence.
- Monitors the legal updates and arrive at impacts of implementation of new regulations and statutes and required notifications, changes, and training.
- Collaborate with the upper management in arriving at strategies for the company at large.
- Researches and stays abreast of regulations and statutes exhibiting extensive knowledge on a wide variety of compliance issues.
- Monitors compliance adherence, reporting results to all levels of the organization.
- Influences management and staff to ensure compliance and reporting on compliance efforts and programs.
- Develops and/or conducts compliance and ethics training.
Candidates Desired
Profile - Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Should be able to effectively articulate their thoughts and communicate with team.
- Result driven, improvement focused, Action oriented and inclination to take initiative
- General understanding of global regulatory schemes.
- Must have thorough knowledge of creating compliance frameworks.
- Should be able to manage team tracker for deliverables.
- Good with compliance principles, theories, and concepts.
