Manager/AVP/Director - Business Finance & Strategy/Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Corp Dev :

- Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the company with target tracking metrics by the department and highlight causes of deviation and corrective measures as appropriate

- Leading annual strategic planning for the company

- Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicator

- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts

- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company

- Deal Creation / M&A / Investments

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Business Initiatives; Benchmarking, Opportunity evaluation :

- Scan the business environment and keep track & update senior management of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact the fintech Industry & Trends and allied businesses.

- To work on business transformation projects along with functional heads or independently manage critical modules within a larger project based on regular review meetings or strategic discussions.

- Prepare project business plans along with timelines, identify major milestones/critical dependencies/risks, organize & lead initiatives, control and monitor against plans & communicate on progress and issues
