Job Title: Manager/Assistant Vice President - Digital Marketing
Job Description :
Digital Strategy and Online Campaign Management: Drive campaigns and build always-on digital strategy, planning and management from conception to execution. Drive brand and product related display campaigns, video campaigns, search initiatives (paid and organic), content initiatives, social media, email initiatives for acquired DBs; develop campaign landing pages; manage analytics
1. Brand Building through Digital Campaigns: Build and fortify the brand online through brand and product related digital campaigns. Focus on increasing awareness and building positive associations among relevant TG using all vehicles of digital marketing including PPC, Search initiatives, emails etc Become an integral part of the overall brand communication strategy development and execution team.
2. Social Media Engagement: Lead social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn. Handle related budgets and agencies along with the creation of content/ creatives, engagement strategies and ROI monitoring. Work with offline team to utilize campaign assets and drive independent social media-specific campaigns and engagement to enhance brand building objectives.
3. Digital Content Strategy: Lead brand and educational content development (non-product or market related) for owned websites and social media platforms. Identify content gaps, develop and manage content streams for investor information and education websites Build and maintain content annual calendar and handle related budgets and agencies.
4. ORM: Help set up and monitor the company's Online Reputation Management process in sync with the PR team and relevant agencies. Set up a listening process on web portals/ blogs/social media related to MF/ investments and facilitate handling conversations meaningfully.
5. Trends Analysis: Monitor competition activities online. Also monitor latest trends in digital and social media and apply that knowledge to further key objectives.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Measure and monitor the brand's online reputation and growth while developing a comprehensive reporting framework for all digital activities through detailed metrics.
7. Supplement E-Business initiatives: Work with E-Business team to help them tactically enable better conversions, campaign optimization and customer acquisition.
8. Supplement web-development initiatives: Work with Technology team to help manage, enhance and optimize web pages on company websites
Key Skills :
- 5+ years of direct experience in managing relevant digital marketing activities.
- Understands and is immersed in the digital domain- stays up to date on digital
- Experience in using data analytics to profile/ segment/ target users to increase engagement and conversion rates, in an online media or e-commerce context.
- Expert in developing/ writing/ sourcing/ developing high quality creatives and content
- Experienced in SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Video campaigns/ Social media/ Email marketing/ Analytics/ Responsive Landing Pages/ Web development
- Proficient communicator with impeccable oral and written English
