We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with over 7+ years of expertise in FATCA / CRS data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, compliance, and regulatory projects, for data visualization and analysis.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to analyze and synthesize information, delivering business insights through data and analytical trends.
- Lead data analysis activities and provide guidance for developing project business cases.
- Ensure all analysis activities are conducted within agreed timeframes, promoting a collaborative approach.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide key insights to drive fact-based decisions.
- Communicate data trends and business values to key stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of program objectives and benefits.
- Support the analysis of program risks, defects, and issues through empirical evidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor squad members and review their documentation, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations and present complex topics to senior stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across teams and business units to enhance data analysis practices.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Minimum of 7+ years in Data Analysis, with significant experience in FATCA/CRS compliance projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- In-depth knowledge of CRS and FATCA tax compliance obligations.
- Hands on knowledge in Qliksense data visualization and analysis too. Clear understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Understanding of project management lifecycles, with experience in agile and dynamic environments.
