Manager - Audit Quality Monitoring - CA/CPA - BFS

Level - Managers

Job Location - Chennai

- Candidates with good communication skills, Chartered Accountants with PQE of 6+ yrs (Managers) will only be considered and from Audit Firms or having 70% of the experience in Audit Firms in India or overseas and done local county Audit.

- Candidate should have done end to end Audit and should have reviewed Audit work done by juniors

Candidates who have conducted high quality audits, with good audit strategy and execution experience.

Good knowledge and experience in GAAS, GAAP

Preference will be given to candidates :

- Having experience in internal firm inspection like Real Time Reviews, ECR Reviews, QRB, Peer Reviews; Regulatory inspections

- Ensure quality policy and Risk procedures are followed by auditors for all their client engagements.

- Should have good communication skills.

Qualifications, skills and experience :

- A qualified chartered accountant or CPA with over 6 years of experience post qualification

- Knowledge of Indian and International accounting and auditing standards (IFRS | UK GAAP | USGAAP)

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills

- Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to build a positive work culture and live up to the companies values

- Ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside India

Industry Sector Requirement:

- Financial Services / Commercial industry experience is an added advantage.

- Audit experience from MNC or larger domestic Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment
