Manager - Audit/IFRS - BFSI

Essential functions and responsibilities of the job include

- Provide GAAP conversion services to the clients. Provide accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Indian GAAP) to clients. Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues Assist client in IPO preparedness and manage production of financial information for IPO process.

- Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross border transactions. Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP

Desired Candidate Profile:

Academic Qualifications:

- CA/ Qualified ACCA (must be a member)

- Excellent communication skills.

- Prior experience of preparing IFRS accounts locally & globally

- Candidates currently working with a Big 4 or a reputed mid sized firm preferred.

- Post Qualification Work experience of atleast 3 years in any Global firm like KPMG, Deloitte, E & Y, Grant Thornton etc.

Having knowledge and practical work exposure in the following areas:

- Audit of Global companies (as per IFRS)

- Risk Assurance services & Internal Audits

- Data Analytics

- Preparation of Financial Project Reports and Valuations

- Preparation & Review of SOPs and Internal Financial Controls

- Drafting and Review of Legal Agreements and Documentation

- Exposure of working on SAP, Oracle, etc.

Should be fluent in English - both speaking and writing skills

Those having exposure of working for entities in any of the GCC countries will be preferred
