Manager - Audit & Assurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing team on various engagements involving statutory audits, limited reviews, IFC audits, internal audits, IndAS/IFRS Conversion etc.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients and team members on a regular basis.

- Starting from planning the audit, identifying the risks and controls, deciding on the audit approach, supervising the execution and wrap up procedures.

- Ensuring proper work allocation and utilization of team on the engagement

- Ensuring proper documentation on Audit engagements as per firm policy.

- Coaching and assisting team members for their professional development.

- Conducting training sessions on technical matters, new amendments in the audit, accounting and regulatory environment.

- Contributing in practice development through articles/presentations on professional matters.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Chartered Accountant with min 5-6 yrs of post qualification experience.

Through Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards, Understanding of Corporate Laws, Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Good Academic background, good communication skills, People Management skills.
