Desired Expertise:

Audit:

- Conduct audits under the Companies Act and Tax laws.

- Possess excellent knowledge of accounting standards and auditing standards.

- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an added advantage.

- Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements following the Companies Act framework and general-purpose financial statements.

- Proficient understanding of the Companies (Auditor's Report) Order (CARO).

Direct Taxes:

- Thorough understanding of Income Tax law, including Corporate Taxes, personal taxes, and taxes applicable to firms and not-for-profit organizations.

- Experience in handling assessment proceedings under income tax laws.

Indirect Taxes:

- Excellent knowledge of indirect taxes, particularly Goods and Services Tax (GST).

- Proficiency in GST compliance, assessments, refunds, etc.

Accounting:

- Expertise in accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Ability to maintain standard processes efficiently.

- Prepare monthly reports as per the Management Information System (MIS) guidelines.

- IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards):

- Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).

Experience: 0-4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform audits in accordance with the Companies Act and Tax laws, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and accounting principles.

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations.

- Conduct assessments under income tax laws, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.

- Handle indirect tax matters, particularly GST compliance, assessments, and refund processes.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.

- Implement and adhere to standard accounting processes and procedures.

- Generate monthly reports as per MIS requirements, providing insights into financial performance.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality services.

- Assist senior auditors and consultants in various projects and assignments as required.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in tax laws, including direct and indirect taxes.
