Desired Profile :

- Manager will be responsible for project management and relationship management.

- Managing a size able portfolio of clients and operational aspects of engagement management such as engagement finances, resource management and elements of risk management.

- Responsible for running their own shops (P&L).

- Qualified CA 2004-2009 Pass out.

- Responsible for BD activity to increase scope of work and travelling globally for the same.

- Proactively discuss work flow management with the audit teams in Global, allocating resources to audit work and monitoring performance against standards.

- Delegate work successfully.

- Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high quality work.

- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. Lead by example.

- The ability to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and around the world.
