Job purpose:

- As a Manager or Senior Manager, the project and relationship management skills they have been building during the time as Senior and Assistant Manager will become critical to their success.

- Professionals are likely to be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of clients, and the operational aspects of engagement management such as engagement finances, resource management, and elements of risk management.

- Professionals will continue to manage, coach and act as a mentor for more junior staff, playing a key role in the development of the team. They will build strong relationships with on-shore colleagues and clients, identifying areas where GSS can improve quality of, and increase the scope of work.

- The opportunity to become a manager and Senior Manager is dependent on the business requirements of the service line and their performance.

Your client responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high quality work, as per Company's methodology, on time and to budget

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key company's Global contacts, i.e., Global assurance managers and project managers
