Experience: 5 - 8 years post qualification

Job Profile :

- Experience in IFRS and statutory requirements mandate

Experience in convergence of Indian GAAP financials to Ind AS/IFRS and provide technical comments, inputs and interpretations with respect to Ind AS/IFRS accounting, reporting and disclosure requirements

- Ability to make quick and most suitable decisions.Proficiency in writing reports (English).Strong analytical skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution.Strong written and spoken English language skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and Power point skills.Ability to multi-task.Strong leadership skills.

- Ability to execute project, prioritize workloads and manage client relationships on site.

- Responsible for managing key client portfolio and building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients.

- Identification of key issues.

- Management of and contribution to the development of subordinates, including timely and objective feedback on every job.

- Ensure high quality in client service by, informing supervisors of engagement status, and managing staff performance.

- Review reports/deliverables prepared by AM/consultants
