Client Management
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients globally. Manager have to handle major clients directly depend on the complexity and size of the client.
- People Management Manager handles minimum 30 - 40 resources.
- Client Management - Identify the opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients.
- A manager is responsible for Quality of Delivery, operational excellence of work performed by subordinates.
- Proactively discuss workflow management with the audit teams in Global. allocating resources of work.
- Work closely with Global audit managers to transition new engagements.
