Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO person to join our Marketing team! As an SEO Associate/SEO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting website audit, on-site and off-site analysis of the competitors

- Suggesting on-site changes to make the website more SEO compliant.

- Review and analyse the site for the areas that need to be SEO optimised.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Working with the product teams to deploy the changes on the website which are SEO optimized

- Have strong knowledge of link-building strategies, link architecture

- Prior experience of link building, blogger outreach on a large scale

- Monitor and evaluate the search results and search performance across the major search engines.

- Maintain awareness of current best SEO practices.

- Stay on top of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm changes and updates from Google, Yahoo, etc.

- Able to generate organic traffic by doing keyword research and analyse competitor websites and long-tail search strategy.

- Assisting the content team in the creation of high quality, informative SEO content

- Create a playbook that can be used by the content team to create SEO friendly content.

Key Skills Required:

- Expert understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics

- Expert understanding of SEO tools like SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Link Assistant, etc

- Researching the top keywords using tools such as Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, Google . Keyword Suggestion Tool, Google insights Search Tool, etc.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing platforms and methodologies

- Ability to break down user journey problems and solve them through data

- Advanced Link building skills required (Guest Blogging, Skyscraper Technique, Relationship-Based Link Building, .Edu And .Gov Link Building, Broken Link Building)

- Minimum 1-4 yrs of experience in SEO in Online Business / Consumer / e-Commerce companies
