- Review and recommend changes to compensation & benefits policies in alignment with business & employee needs, and market competitiveness. TOTAL REWARDS EXPERIENCE
- Ensure external and internal parity of salaries through supporting market salary and benefits benchmarking exercise,
- Drive India Common Annual Review (CAR) process and support annual pay structure review.
- Partner with HRBPs and respective BU leadership teams, provide support to Regional C&B team in order to meet corporate and local needs.
- Act as a conduit to gather relevant statistical data, buy-in and approval on all program and policy changes.
- Responsible for annual budgeting to support HR team on data for labor and program costs.
Qualification: MBA (Preferred Premier B School)
