Manager/Associate Director - Power apps - 10+ years

Location: Mumbai

Seeking an individual with 10+ years of Team management , experience in solution delivery, product platform development, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to provide architecture support, best practices, and leadership direction to teams in the Global Delivery Center in India.

- Lead high-performing hybrid teams, drive automation, and simplify processes.

- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development, while ensuring effective day-to-day operations and meeting deadlines

- Establish governance cadences to measure KPIs, communicate with stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices.

- Participate in technology and business transformation workstreams to deliver outcomes that meet organizational need

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, RPA tools, and the full Microsoft technology stack, including Cloud, Data/Database, Power automation, and UiPath.

- Experience with agile development methodologies is also required

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and influence technology teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Hands on Experience in handling Global Stakeholder
