- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and effectively communicating value propositions to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, informing product positioning and messaging.
Product Positioning:
- Define and articulate clear product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate from competitors.
Go-to-Market Plans:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and ensure successful product positioning and messaging.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, and promotional content.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish KPIs and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive product usage.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of product marketing experience in [industry/sector, e.g., technology, healthcare, etc.].
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
