BIG4 - Manager/Associate Director - Financial Services Transformation (Indian Markets)
We are Hiring for One of the Big Four for Transformation of Financial Services (India Markets)
Location: Mumbai | Mode: WFO (Work From Office) 5 Days
Key-Mandate Skills (Deal Breakers): (Need to be present in your Work Profile):
- Additionally, the practice advises clients on core business issues such as enhancing revenues, optimizing costs & improving efficiencies, which organizations need to address in-order to grow their top-line and bottom line.
- The practice plays a pivotal role in implementing solutions, working with CXO's & anchoring their overall business agenda.
What you will do:
- The primary role of the Manager/ Associate Director will be to help drive engagements with clients drive alignment with their business, improve organizational and human resource performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value.
S/He/they will advise clients through critical and complex issues:
- Client management and engagement delivery
- Business development
- Project management
- People management
- Internal initiatives & compliance
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM from a premier Business School
- BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MS (Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Big 4 / other international business consulting firms in the Financial Services sector with Public Sector Banks/ Private Sector banks/ Foreign Banks/ NBFCs based out of India of which at least 2-3 years in strategy or strategy & operations / digital transformation including Advisory & Consulting (as applicable)
- Any professional relevant to the role will be preferred. (as applicable)
What you will require to take up this role:
- Project delivery: Ability to lead teams, manage team member outputs and ensure a consistent project delivery
- Client management: Independent client management and relationship building
- Analytical thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to independently generate insights, develop solutions to address client needs and drive effective implementation of desired outcomes
- Business acumen: Analytical bent of mind to recognize industry trends, how it impacts client's business and identify potential future needs of the client
- Verbal Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client management and relationship building
- Written communication: Ability to define a logical storyboard and structure to present findings / recommendations to the clients and articulate the key messages in a clear and concise language
- Client Presence: Ability to deliver key messages to clients in a clear and confident manner, influence client counterparts on key decisions and have difficult conversations
- People Management: Coaching, mentoring and building a high performing team
- Quick learner & entrepreneurial attitude
- Multi-tasking - Ability to deal with fragmentation and multi-task
