Position : Global Client Success Manager / Associate

Job Type : Remote / Hybrid

Responsibilities :

- Source and build long term relationships with clients.

- Selling one of the most unique products of the company to the key strategy makers across the globe.

- You will represent the top Company and drive the revenue impacting decision of the clients

- This is a critical role for the company for development and success of the business globally.

- Supports few client accounts by driving the consumption of strategic actionable insights and driving high-impact decision making.

- Proactively initiate new project pipeline through additional analysis or research for the client by working closely with the Company's research team

- Generate new opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling

- Manage research projects for clients such as market sizing, pricing analytics, competitive landscape assessment, benchmarking studies and more by coordinating between the client, onsite & research team

- Identify other strategic areas for revenue within existing client organizations to develop more client relationships

- Coordinate and lead the entire business development process - introductions, presentations, proposals, and closing

Must Have :

- Be a self-starter with high business acumen who will identify and create a large impact on business within a short period of time.

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- 3 to 12 Years' experience post MBA.

- Proven Business Acumen

- Willing to work in US/UK shifts
