Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers/Executives. As a leading education job site, we are expanding our business to include schools and other educational domains. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager/Executive will be to acquire new clients and establish partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the education sector, including schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales documents to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
