Manager/Assistant Vice President - Reporting/Analytics - Fraud Operations Domain - Banking

Currently hiring for a client based in Mumbai.

Designation : AVP/Manager

Requirement : SAS, SQL, Big Data (all Must), Cognos, VBA Good to have

Profile :

- Experience in SAS, SQL, VBA coding, and COGNOS reporting preferred

- Experience using Big Data environments (Hive) preferred

- Represents Fraud Operations MIS team on business projects, responsible for the development and execution of data driven analysis

- Works closely with operational and development partners to perform analysis on various business processes with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Work to define and articulate analysis requirements from Operations

- Drives the development of complex analysis large data sources and new sources as needed

- Performs validation of reporting metrics and calculations to determine that business needs are being met and if updates/corrections are required

- Participate with cross-functional teams to create and implement new/updated Analysis

- Strong communication with Senior Operational Management within the supported business area(s)

- Influences decision making by providing fact based advice and counsel

- Evaluates efficiency of existing information/reporting and suggests improvements

- Mentor junior analysts

- Regularly assumes an informal/formal leadership role within the team and is involved with coaching and training of new team members
