- Identify Manpower Gaps and post approval of Requisition from Operation and TA Head, need to hire Wish Master as per defined TAT.
- Sourcing - Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, Print ads etc.
- Selection : Help hiring managers define selection process in line with requirement for each role.
- Coordination : Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage.
- Headhunting of Candidates for Volume Hiring and adding Pipeline to the database.
- Attract Applicants through Job posting using Job sites and Newsgroup.
- Participating in Job Fairs organised by colleges / Institutes to attract Candidates.
- Coordinating and Engaging with WM, CEC, TL, HI to generate more referrals.
- Generating referrals through word of mouth.
- Maintain data of all candidates for their respective Hubs assigned for assessment and evaluation.
- Control attrition of the WM by counseling and Identify reasons for attrition. Conduct Exit Interviews and update Section In-Charge and HR.
- Maintain HC tracker of WM as a daily activity as per assigned.
- Support Section In-Charge and HRBP on employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with HRBP and resolve employee queries about employee benefits, compliance and grievance handling.
Quailification And Experience:
1. PG with 7 to 10 yrs of experience into Recruitment (BPO/ITeS Front Line Hiring/Middle Level Hiring & Leadership Hiring)
2. Should have managed a Team of 3 to 5 Recruiters
3. Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.
4. Should have experience in Volume Recruitment
