Partnership Tax - Hedge funds & Private Equity

- Must have experience in Form 1065

- Strong tax accounting skills

- Expertise in US GAAP and tax compliance.

- Understanding of Federal taxes

- Must have experience in reviewing trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, preparing complex tax returns

- Should have experience in Conducting Quality Reviews of returns

- Should be able to sort out tax-related problems
