- Interested in looking at finance candidates who have experience in R2R / General ledger in any industry for both the Manager & Assistant manager role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience or maximum of 12 years experience in general accounting will be considered
Required qualification - CA/MBA in finance
- Looking for someone who will be willing to do a shift base work in Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and coordinating R2R Accounting processes in dedicated countries/region/process.
- Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month end closing, preparing various reports as required and supporting audits.
- Analyses and drives improvement initiatives and process harmonization in Accounting focusing on Balance Sheet.
- Verifies quality and consistency in methodology and accounting principles applied in one's own responsibility area.
- Cooperates actively with colleagues and internal/external customers, stakeholders and BPO.
- Proactively performing preventive quality and accounting controls and ensuring corrective actions when errors occur. Responsible for supporting financial and external accounting in the defined responsibility area.
- Lead or be an active participant of a work-group, provides guidance on how his/her area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in projects.
